Summer Fishing on Lake Ontario
From June to September, Fin-natic is docked in Port Credit, Ontario. Often called the "Salmon Fishing Capital of Ontario," Port Credit offers a unique chance to catch salmon and trout actively feeding, before they head up the Credit River to spawn. From Port Credit, we will fish the Lake Ontario waters of Oakville to Toronto, with pick up from these cities available upon request.
Fin-natic experienced this spectacular fishing first hand in 2006. Averaging over 8 fish per trip landed, the action was often fast and furious. Captain Jordan was always on the fish, whether they were half a mile or 13 miles off shore. The best trip in 06 included 27 fish landed of 33 hooked up.
Included in your charter is an automatic entry into the Toronto Sun Great Ontario Salmon Hunt during the period of July 8-August 26. This fishing tournament gives you the opportunity to win great prizes.
